Day 1 - Arrival in Arusha
On the first day of your journey, our driver will be pleased to meet you at Kilimanjaro Airport and escort you to Arusha town for your initial evening of this incredible migration safari.
Day 2 - Tarangire National Park
Following breakfast at the hotel, our expert guide will provide a safari briefing before our driver takes us to Tarangire National Park for an afternoon of game viewing. Due to its dry savannah landscape, this park offers an excellent opportunity to see various animals. Tarangire is especially renowned for its large elephant population and its savannah that nurtures the growth of magnificent baobab trees. Elephants use the bark of these trees for water, making it a unique aspect of the park.
Day 3 - Serengeti National Park
Before crossing Ngorongoro, we will have breakfast at the Lodge to get to Serengeti National Park. On our way out of Ngorongoro, we will visit a Maasai family unexpectedly and gain insights into their daily routine. Later, we will embark on a game drive in Serengeti, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 4 - Full Game Drive Serengeti National Park
Start your day with an exhilarating early morning game drive through the breathtaking Serengeti. Enjoy a delicious breakfast in the bush before embarking on a full day of game viewing. You will return to camp for a hot and delicious lunch. As the evening approaches, experience the magic of the Serengeti safari during the golden hours. Depart for an afternoon and evening of exciting game viewing.
Day 5 - Ndutu Area
Begin your day with an exhilarating morning game drive through the breathtaking Serengeti National Park. Immerse yourself in the stunning scenery as you traverse the park, keeping your eyes peeled for the vast wildlife that calls it home. Once the drive is complete, return to camp for a tasty breakfast that will fuel you for the rest of the day's adventures.
Next, embark on a journey to explore the expansive Southern region of Serengeti, heading towards the Ndutu plain in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As you travel, take in the awe-inspiring landscapes and marvel at the park's sheer size. The Ndutu plain is the ultimate destination for witnessing the incredible Wildebeest Migration during the Wildebeest Calving Season, which occurs annually from December to March. Day 6 - Full Day Game Drive Ndutu Area
We will go on a game-viewing excursion in the Ndutu plain in the morning. After breakfast, we'll embark on a full-day game drive. We'll have breakfast at the camp, lunch in the bush, and dinner at the base. It's truly a remarkable experience to witness animals in water bodies and thousands of wildebeests and zebras grazing and hunting on the vast plains of Ndutu.
Day 7 - Ngorongoro Crater
Embark on a thrilling early morning expedition to the Ngorongoro Crater, located in Tanzania, where you'll have the opportunity to witness some of the most magnificent wildlife in the world. The crater is home to abundant animals, including lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, and buffaloes, making it an ideal spot to spot THE BIG FIVE. As you explore the crater, you'll be mesmerized by the breathtaking soda lake teeming with flamingos, creating a picturesque backdrop you won't want to miss.
After an adventurous morning, you'll be treated to an unforgettable lunch experience at the Hippo Pool Picnic site, where you can relax and enjoy the stunning scenery while enjoying a delicious meal.
